Shipping
We ship to addresses inside the European Union. The exact shipping cost and lead time are confirmed in your order before you pay, because they depend on the model and the destination.
Every shipment is tracked. You receive the tracking number by email as soon as the motor leaves the warehouse.
Returns
As a private buyer in the EU you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of delivery. The motor must be unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping is at your cost unless the item arrived damaged or is not what you ordered.
Contact us before sending anything back — we will give you the return address and a reference number.
Damaged in transit
Please check the packaging on arrival and photograph any damage before opening. Report it within 48 hours so we can file the claim with the carrier.
