The P300 is built for a 3 to 5 m boat: 1800 W through a brushless motor, 120 lb (54 kgf) of thrust at the propeller, a stainless steel shaft that will not rust through, and a stepless throttle that takes you from a slow crawl along a weed line to 13 km/h on open water.
Why brushless matters
- Longer run time – less energy is lost as heat, so more of your battery reaches the propeller.
- Nothing to wear out – no brushes, no commutator, no mid-season rebuild.
- Quieter – you hear the water, not the motor.
- Torque at low speed – which is where trolling actually happens.
